| Painting Eligibility |
| |
- All paintings should be in part or in full created using acrylic
paints.
- The subject of the painting is the choice of the artist, however,
paintings should be appropriate viewing for all members including those
who are minors.
- Only paintings created by group members are eligible.

| Entry Instructions |

- Each artist is permitted to enter up to three paintings.
- Place a digital photo of each painting in the _Exhibition
folder located in the Photo section of Acrylics Arts 2 (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/acrylicsart2/
)
- The entry photo should be large enough to properly view the
painting, preferably somewhere between 600 pixels and 1050 pixels in
width, approximately. Paintings may be reduced in size if they exceed this
limit.
- Each photo must be documented with the name of the artist and the
title of the painting. This is very important when we list the top
exhibition paintings.
- Paintings may be added or removed by the artists right up to the
December 31st deadline. Therefore, if you want to replace one of your
entries with a newer painting, you may do so.

| Important Information |
All entries are the property of their artists/creators
and may only be used with their permission. By entering a painting in the
exhibition, artists are only granting permission to the Acrylics Art Group
administrator to display the painting photo in association with the
exhibition and/or the group site. Painting photos may be used by the group
administrator for such purposes as promoting the exhibition and the group
site until the artist/creator informs the administrator that the photo may
no longer be used. |
